Project: 9752 (Run 4614, Clone 0, Gen 269)
The client hung after finishing this WU. I paused and restarted and it started processing the new WU but the finished WU didn't upload. Edit: I rebooted the system after upgrades and the referenced WU disappeared from the control status window but isn't logged as being uploaded. ********************...

Project: 6369 (Run 7, Clone 16, Gen 10)
This WU failed within seconds of starting. I tried restarting the client, but nothing changed. I had to dump it to move on to the next WU. *********************** Log Started 2014-05-28T10:41:01Z *********************** 10:41:01:************************* Folding@home Client *************************...

Re: Bigadv points change
GPU's really should not be compared to CPU's totally different type of work and value of work. From what I understand in laymen’s terms, GPU's eliminate paths and find paths to follow. CPU do the intense work of blazing the trail. I could be wrong but that is the way I understand it. Please to be s...

Re: Bigadv points change
The Demand part is directly related to keeping the servers balanced. If the active science projects require 10000 trajectories for bigadv and 80000 trajectories for smp and 50000 trajectories for GPU and 60000 trajectories for uniprocessors, servers are configured based on those numbers. Now if 500...

Re: Bigadv points change
My previous post on this thread was very personal. I will now like to ask a question. There was mention of "supply and demand". In this context, I do not understand what "demand" means. We donors are not buying anything and PG is in complete control of supply. This is not a marke...
