Hi, the experts here (I am not one) can't really help unless you provide some or all of:

1. Hardware
2. OS and version
3. Folding app (7.6.21, 8.4.9 etc)
4. Is this a new install or was it running OK before
5. If the latter, did you change anything
6. Maybe a copy of log containing the message

Update: All ESU eligible devices have received and digested December ESU updates without problems.
