Windows - i didn't start paying attention to 18251 until a few months ago so i don't know if it had different behavior. it's the only project i've worked on with checkpoints longer than 3 seconds. with the 5600G it takes about 26.

18251 is about 25-28% slower than 12294/12295 on the Arc B570. It receives 45-50% less PPD.

Also encountering massively slow downloads for new WUs sometimes, downloads are 8-25 minutes instead of a few seconds/

Folding and gaming can work. Even Folding + VR works fine with a 5600G and Arc B570 if CPU folding is turned off or down. With some games if there are stuttering issues I change CPU affinity in Task Manager to prefer all cores except the first and last two and that will sometimes help. Whatever spar...

Yay. I love the 4070's 8-pin power connector. My MSI only has 2 fans and runs at 71C.

They're out there. The Arc B570 has been picking up a lot of 18251s. I do notice that my 5600G goes to 100% CPU usage for about 30 seconds while it processes each 5% checkpoint while other projects have 1 second checkpoints.

A cat turned off my PC right before a 16525 was about to hit 100%. Errors, all dumped.

I only have a few, none since probably 1/17. Only log entry I have is 17652, TPF 14s for an RTX 4070. I think this is the one work unit that made my coils really scream, a lot more than usual.

I'm testing with a Ryzen 5600G, iGPU disabled - I have been looking for Core26s and none yet for the B570.

B570 folds. Not sure if this is apples to apples, but a project 18228 TPF was about 3m03s. An RTX 4080S is about 42s.
