When duplicates are, in fact, issued and are returned, each one can receive credit. Without any additional information, I'm going to assume that's true in your case. Hmmm, In this particular case, I did not get credit. There is only one person listed as having processed the WU and the WU passed day...

It's a bug in the latest version* of the viewer. The workaround is to install the previous version of the viewer.

EDIT: This is a Windows version issue only (as confirmed by Joe_H).

These are known issues with the viewer. I can't post a link, but issue #1283 in the FoldingAtHome project on GitHub has a workaround for the demo protein issue.
