Please note that for your system, a single CPU Slot with 6 CPUs or less should be sufficent. Running multiple CPU Slots isn't ideal. Additional: I've tried changing gpu index to 0, and all it does is add yet another CPU! The gpu index does not affect gpu at all, it just keeps adding CPU slots - and they do start folding. I now have FOUR cpu slots; all are running different projects, and the rig only has one cpu. Yet still no gpu ...

Same problem here, and though replacing gpus.txt worked on the last rig I built this time it did nothing.

It doesn't pick up the gpu at all (GTX 1660 ti), and when I remove the cpu it just adds another one. Very frustrating!

Brought another rig with two more cards (1070 ti) online today, now running 8,559,012 ppd! This is fun!

I've had this problem with my last two installations. And when you try to remove the cpu, it instead adds another one! The cure for me was to download and replace the gpus.txt file, but this REALLY needs addressed. I watched a video where a guy was so pleased with himself, his cpu was doing 30k ppd....
