AMD Radeon Adrenalin 2019 release is supposedly near release. I will attempt that driver with a clean install. I'm not anticipating any issues, but we will see.

When I replaced the CMOS, the BIOS was reset to default values. There may have been a bad BIOS setting causing the GPU error. It's possible the problem was remedied by a full BIOS reset. No?
