Chrome Incognito mode worked for me; however, this bug has been around for quite a while. I know they're busy with COVID-19 but hopefully they fix after they get a free second.

Hi I am having the same problem. My username is Ryan_Plate and I see zero's on the certificates for both WU's and Score.

Existing Points Associated With New Passkey
I searched the topics and couldn't find a clear answer, but I just signed up for a passkey and was hoping there was a way to associate the stats from my existing donor name to my new passkey. Is this possible? Or do I have to just start from scratch again?
