2. In the official web client (https://v8-4.foldingathome.org/machines)
3. In the Folding.LAR.Systems web client (https://webclient.lar.systems/8_4/)

All of these are still accessible, but do nothing when selected.

Remove LAR extension for a minute.
Try pausing the WU, after you click Pause, go to the log section, and copy and paste the output of your recent actions.

Good thought. I disabled and restarted my machine for good measure.

Here's where I looked: `C:\ProgramData\FAHClient\logs.txt`

I tried multiple times to pause in the menu of the taskbar icon/button, but it didn't update the logs at all. No mention of pause anywhere to be seen.

Hm, I'm not sure what health enhancements mean, so I suppose not. That time I was pausing through the Windows taskbar, which I wouldn't think would be impacted by browser extensions. But for https://v8-4.foldingathome.org/machines I've tried pausing on Firefox, Zen, and Chromium. Just tried on the DuckDuckGo browser too for completeness.

Open browser console and observe what it says when you are trying to pause through web interface

Here to say the 503 error is here to replace the 500 apparently. Fresh install on an M1 Mac Mini and in the span of about a day it's only just now gotten its third WU (even though obviously these guys are capable of muuuuuuch better than that) due to getting stuck in assign wait loops.

Indeed they are. 500 is global server issue which has been fixed. 503 is also server issue, but it is more for specific individual servers, and is up to server owners to address.
