Is it an HTTP proxy and not a SOCKS proxy? I don't use Windows, but the problem is that it expects an http:// in front of the IP. It would be useful if you could show those Windows settings. Your proxy is generally not going to be private information because it is not your real IP.
It is possible that fah-client has a bug on Windows with an HTTP proxy if no one else has used it before, but it works fine on Linux. Can any other Windows users confirm that the HTTP proxy works fine on Windows?

and yeah i mean it runs for everything else.
Folding doesnt support it i suppose. used nonproxy pc and it worked.

Somehow, restarted browser fixed it.

I hope someone else who has Windows can test to make sure the HTTP proxy support works. It would be bad if it's been broken this whole time.
