Team Status

Hello,

I created a Team "9317" but none of my stats are reporting to my team despite the fact that I created a team and input that team on each client along with my username I want all my stats to report under which is "Caltrans95662." I have a bunch of completed WU's under the username but nothing under my team name. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for the help.

Did you restart your system after assigning the team number?

Did you create the team through this page - https://apps.foldingathome.org/team ? Once it has been created you will get a Team number that gets entered into the folding client. Points earned by WUs downloaded and returned with that team number entered will be credited to the team, prior WUs remain credited to whatever team they were folded under or the default Team 0.

Edit: A restart should not be required after entering the team number.

Is this the team you created? https://statsclassic.foldingathome.org/team/1062718

If so, then the number you should enter into the client is 1062718. If you entered '9317', that team does not exist and any points will be credited to the default team.
