Cant Add GPU

Hi All,
Been folding ok for the past month all good.
I updated my gfx drivers yesterday and since then GPU wont work. Its an AMD Radeon RX Vega 56.
I have uninstall folding and installed the new client and its now removed it completely.
When I go to add it again in just closes the screen and dumps me back to the main folding screen here is the log

Welcome to the F@H Forum nickjames2006,

This is a known issue for a fresh installation of V7.6.9 on a GPU system, here's a workaround for you (For Windows system):
Manually download the GPUs.txt file from here: https://apps.foldingathome.org/GPUs.txt (right-click save as GPUs.txt)
Exit the client
Copy the GPUs.txt file from the Downloads folder to E:\FoldData
Reboot your system OR Restart your client (which ever is easier)
Start up the client and ensure that you can see your GPU in the log file
Add a GPU slot from FAHControl -> Configure -> Slots tab -> Add -> GPU -> OK -> Save

I just started folding today, and I had a similar problem with my RX 590. Applying the downloaded GPUs.txt solved the problem, but I found the directory in a different location.

Under the [System Info] tab of the client -> first section -> "Config" has a filepath to the configuration XML. This is also where the GPUs.txt file should go. Navigate to that location (bearing in mind that you might have to enable hidden folders) and replace GPUs.txt. Doing this + restarting my machine solved the problem! Thanks a bunch!

(If you're a brand new user like myself, you'll probably also have to add the GPU as a slot)

Please note that the reason your CWD changed is because you modified the installation directory. Generally speaking, Donors who modify paths during installation would have sufficient computer proficiency to adapt the instructions written for default installation to their own. In this case, you sorted it out :)
