The first 200 lines of your log show how your PC is configured, what CPUs and GPUs the software thinks it is running on, what OS, which Drivers etc.
It also shows configurations you may have chosen.
If we could see that part of the log, we would know what the PC thinks is in the PC.

I'm chipping in due to "Fans 2353rpm". 2k-ish rpm is typical max for most PC fans. Like Star Trek, they just canny go any faster Captain!
I've seen Bad State detected/Particle coordinate is nan when I first started FAH'ing.
It was a heat problem. My aluminium tower case was roasting hot.
I took a side panel off, pointed a household fan (14") at my mobo/GPU on full blast and the problem went away. Problem proved.
Long story short I upgraded case/fans/GPU/mobo. The old tower case was from an era when 200W was a lot.
Obviously a tower case is vertical. My old case had fans at the bottom. Heat rises. My new tower has more front "push" fans than pull. That way I know cooler air gets forced front to back across my mobo surface, as well as pushing hot GPU exhaust out the back door.
Having stronger pull (exit) fans means ambient air can be sucked in through any nearest hole in the case, typically the PSU grating. That doesn't give great front to back mobo cooling.
Thermodynamics ain't no different to queue theory; if more goes into a system that goes out then you're stuffed. Well, it did me.

I personally like to have a positive air pressure in my case than negative. Reason is that with positive pressure, dust will not be sucked into my system from various gaps. All my air will enter through the air filters which means less maintenance and more folding.

I had it set to only show the GPU entries on the log, which I think removed that from the log. This is the start of an earlier log.
The priority slider had been set to medium to get the gpu to come off waiting for idle to, otherwise no changes that I can think of. If you need to see the start of the actual log which failed, can you tell me where to find the old logs in Win 10?

On the heat stuff, the gpu has a freshly cleaned and pasted twin fan MSI Frozr ii cooler. The fan speed mentioned is for the two gpu fans. CPU fins are running between 1950 and 2070rpm, cpu temp maxes out at around 62c. As above GPU temp maxed out at 53c, wouldn't preclude any temp issues? Case is decent sized with a clean filtered rear bottom entry and a decent sized fan at the top of the rear. Intake air comes past the GPU first and past the cpu on the way out. Case and exit air isn't particularly warm.
Has this gpu ever folded successfully? I ask only because it is quite an old card and FAH is seriously hard work. It may simply be exposing that your card can't work accurately enough at the current work.
FAH uses double precision so the work is constantly being checked as it goes along. If it detects errors, it tries to recover but if it can't it's better to dump the unit and allocate it to someone else than to risk getting an inaccurate result.
It is ten years old, after all. To be frank, I'm surprised it's even still supported.

Note, initial setup had cpu cores set to 4 (set whilst GPU was disabled), reset further down log to -1 to allow gpu to work. At the end of the log I deleted the gpu slot again to allow the cpu to carry on folding but stop the gpu seeking further work.

FAH uses double precision so the work is constantly being checked as it goes along. If it detects errors, it tries to recover but if it can't it's better to dump the unit and allocate it to someone else than to risk getting an inaccurate result.
It is ten years old, after all. To be frank, I'm surprised it's even still supported.
I've already asked that question (specifically whether something this slow was worth trying to get working) and been told that the GPU type is supported and should be able to fold within deadlines. Has this actual GPU successfully folded? No. As at start of post, 3 tries three fails.
If the consensus is that this is a waste of time, I'm happy to leave it disabled, but so far I've been largely encouraged to fold with my collection of obsolete hardware.
Considering that there seems to be a GPU WU shortage, it's a good idea to remove the GPU slot now and maybe revisit in the future.

AMD seems to have made HD 6850 cards that have different specs, some support the Double Precision Floating Point math that F@H requires, and some don't.
That sounds like a sensible suggestion. I removed the slot after the first 2 crashes, and again after the third one to prevent it trying to pick up any more wu. I'll leave it removed.
I hadn't bothered with a passkey as I'd understood that the main function of it was collection of bonus points, and that's something that I didn't see much point in collecting with my obsolete hardware. I see in the FAQ that there may be more reasons to set one up, and I'm happy to do so.
I have 2 usernames on the go - when I set up the second one I wasn't sure if I could do multiple machines so played it safe. Can I use the same passkey with both, or should I change the second user name to match the other 4?
