Issue uploading complete projects

Guys understand the team is very busy and appreciate all the great work you are doing so if this is a complete noob question and I'm being impatient just say.

Have one project that fails to upload I keep getting:

The work and collection servers both appear to be responding on port 80 so look up.

Any suggestions or just wait? Would have posted screenshots but the forum won't let me link them...

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'd recommend just waiting a bit more. The servers are very busy under the massive numbers of new users, so that workunit will likely upload in time. If it still hasn't uploaded tomorrow, check back with us. In the meantime, can you post more of your log? I'd like to see more clues that might explain why it was marked as faulty.

My concern is that I've not gotten any GPU based projects through since this started happening I've gotten over half a million points in the last couple of weeks but CPU projects which still arrive fine are nowhere near as efficient points wise.

If you need any more log files let me know how to submit or upload them and more than happy to, appreciate the reply.

No problem mate see below. Essential Ryzen 5 2600 and AMD RX 480 single GPU on this one.

I'm getting new CPU WU's no problem, havent had a GPU one since this issue AFAIK, the completed one is just not uploading currently.

Your GPU which is AMD RX 480 supports OpenCL 2. and Double Precision which means that it is supported by F@H. I have read some donors are unable to get GPU WUs while others are. I can't find any common grounds yet.

I also noticed that you're not using a passkey. If you don't care about points, that's okay. However, if you do keep track, then it is recommended that you get yourself a passkey to get the bonus points once you qualify for it: https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/points/passkey/

Cheers mate will look into passkey, not had any issues getting GPU projects before well they were scarce for a while but no real issues completed dozens of them so far so it's not the rig thats preventing it.

First real issue I've had still getting CPU projects by the dozen but no GPU ones and I've a thrid work queue:

01 Download (looking for GPU projects?)
02 Send which is the stuck one with a permanent ETA of 8 hours 48m been like that since 9th April at 12:31 Zulu time

Happy to hang on a while but is there way to purge units that won't send? Have tried pausing/unpausing and rebooting the machine already.

WU02 seems to have failed on your system and for some reason, the upload size is massive, ~300 MBs. I will check to see if that's the expected case or not. Once I know the answer, will update you. If the Expiration date has been reached, the WU will automatically be deleted from your system. Here's the information in your log:

A somewhat different different issue - HP Z440 with Folding (because of high temps and 24/7 running) given CPU affinity to half (3 cores x 2 threads =6) of Xeon E5-1650V3) and Quadro K620. Has been Folding fine for weeks but drop in output today led me to check and I found a CPU project completed without error, sent OK, then log says server didn't like the results it and it was dumped. No WU assignment since though GPU WU still running. Is the problem at your end or mine?

That's an indication that the completed WU didn't successfully pass the verification test done on the F@H Servers. It can be due to transfer corruption or some other reasons.

In this case, the file size was small but in other cases, it can be as large as 50 MBs. However, the decision to not re-try would be a developmental one. I don't know the reason behind that decision.
