F@H "ready" but not folding

I've recenty installed Folding@Home on my Windows 10 pc.
When going into the web control, I selected "While im working" and Medium power".
My CPU and GPU both have a yellow circle and say "ready".

I have also tried the option "only when idle", with no success. I activated the screensaver in windows and in the advanced controls, but the screensaver just shows the 4 demo frames, with all the values on it being --.
When I then come back after having it on the screensaver for about 2 hours, and I check back on the web control, the amount of points didn't change at all.
It does appear, however, that my computer is doing something when I select "while I'm working", as the fans are blowing out hot air (normally cold air during idle), but task manager shows no sign of F@H doing anything.

I have a username, team number and passkey, which are all correct.
My specs are:
i7-9700K
EVGA RTX 2070 XC Ultra

Check the log in "Advanced Control". It may be that work units are not available as fast as everyone is demanding them at present.

Yes, I have the same issue with

Xeon E3 v5 1230
zotac gtx 1060

I have already updated the drivers and reinstall the folding-client, but nothing changed
