FAH Stuck on Ready

My CPU is an intel i5-9600K I think it has 6 cores
I have 8 GB of ram
my GPU is a Radeon RX 580
I am using a wireless connection on a sky hub
windows 10 pro latest version
not overclocked
FAH is not crashing

not sure what these two mean
Software: What version of the client are you using? Remember that Beta and prerelease versions can be unstable. What version of the core(s) are you using?
WU details: Gromacs, DGromacs, SMP, GPU? What WU? Run/Clone/Gen.
my problem is that FAH says my GPU and CPU are both ready but nothing happens, it just says waiting on WS Assignment, Attempts 9, Next attempt 1 mins 06 seconds etc
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong

I did see that but i also saw on the server stats page that half the servers are giving out work, however I don't appear to be able to manually choose a server

Yeah mine is stuck too, is that just the nature of it sometimes. I was wondering if I have connection issues.

I'm getting an error with the title "AMDRSServ.exe - system error" with the text
The code execution cannot proceed because OpenCl.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

reinstalled and now no error, CPU is running now but the GPU is getting the same problem as before. the log is saying that it cannot find any WUs for this configuration so is my GPU not supported?

Your GPU is supported, the problems with the servers remain. They are assigning work as fast as possible, just way more people joined after the project was widely advertised by supporters starting Friday. Some of the large sites did not contact F@h beforehand, so were not ready to scale up to over 15 times the number of assignment requests. Work is being done to get more servers online.

FAH will not distribute assignments to the GPUs of systems that don't support OpenCL. You can still fold with your CPU. If you need help, open a new topic and attach FAH's log (see below).

Update: I am getting the error on system startup abount openCL.dll
I looked online and I cannot find any downloads or anything for this

They should be provided with drivers from the manufacturer (i.e. Nvidia/Amd).
Try updating your GPU with drivers from AMD (i.e. not through windows update/etc): https://www.amd.com/en/support

The latest driver straight from AMD should install OpenCL Other sources, not so much.

Hmm, the latest drivers have not installed OpenCL, or if they have its been borked during installation.

I would recommend a full driver uninstall using the utility DDU, and reinstalling the drivers from stratch.

Oh, and please return the logging verbosity to the default of 3. The higher level does not provide any useful extra information at this point, and does get in the way of figuring out what is going on with your client setup.
