It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though NVidia has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

A quick search on this GPU did not turn up information on whether it supports double precision calculations. The GPU folding projects currently active require some use of double precision at critical points in the simulation. So that may be why you did not get any assignment.
Yes, being Kepler based it could have DP support. But not all of the mobile chips enabled that, just used the SP calculating capacity. In this case it appears from your link that DP is available on the K5100M.
