GPU's sitting idle

Hey guys! Just read about this this morning and want to help out, I currently have two GTX 1080tis, they are detected in the web client and under advanced control, but they are sitting idle while my CPU is doing everything. In the log it is stating my GPUS are "Not configured" is there some additional config I need to do?

In the log the message that they are not configured is followed by folding slots being configured for them.

What you may have run into was this - Subject: Temporary server outages
