One, with your CPU and you also doing GPU folding, either leave the CPU setting at -1 or do not increase it higher than 3. Your GPU folding requires at least one CPU core to feed data to and from the GPU for processing. At a setting of 4 for your CPU slot you are over committed.

Two, with many AV programs you need to exclude scans of the F@h data directory. The random binary data in the work files can be misidentified as a virus. If they are modified or removed by the AV software, you will have problems.

The "ERROR:Guru Meditation" indicates that you have a corrupt filesystem (again?). You might have corrupted it when you originally tried to dump the WU if you failed to stop FAH. That could also explain how the deleted file came back. DO NOT make changes to the work files if FAH is running...and otherwise avoid it whenever possible, too.

Run the check-filesystem program again.

How are you causing FAHClient to create a message "Running FahCore: "C:\Program Files (x86)shared power\FAHClient/FAHCoreWrapper.exe" Have you hacked FAHClient so that it creates that script instead of the normal one?
