But only i associated the first passkey in my user name.

i have two passkey, but, i put only the pass invented for my in user account, 32 hexacecimal characters, no the https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey, this passkey , only is asociated in my email, no my usercount

Where I have put my pass for get the bonus points?

You need to enter the passkey that you got from the site that was sent to you by email. One you create yourself and enter will be ignored by the stats system, but the client has no means of checking that and will display an estimated points as if you have a valid, qualified passkey.

If you are using the Web Control, you enter the passkey using the Change Identity function. Using FAHControl you use Configure and enter it under the Identity tab.

Once you have a valid passkey, then after downloading and returning 10 WU's you will get the bonus on future WU's as long as you maintain an 80% return rate.

The Web Control is a standard part of the F@h install. The installer places document that is a link to the proper URL to display the Web Control in a browser, usually whichever is the default on your system.

I have a Client Advanced Control, and i open the web, client of Local Folding = client.foldingathome.org

If I don't receive all my points when I have 50WU, I will have to leave Folding at home, 3 days ago I sent an email to support, and they have not answered me yet.

In another side, i can see they take me away 7000 points for taking time to upload the work done (11:48 to 11:53) 5 minutes for upload 13.5MB, in my conecction of 8Mbps equals to 0.8MB/s for Donwload, but 3Mbps equals 0.3MB/s for Upload, The take me away 7000 points, 77000-7000= 70000 points but, in the log.txt, but only get base points in my account

This last part can be seen in the advanced client, as the points go down in time while the task goes up, is the period when you machine finish the task, and start upload.

The time a WU is being processed ends whenever the server receives it. The server does not know when computations ended, and if you delay the upload for some other reason, that's on you.
FAHClient estimates the PPD based on when the WU is finished, and technically, that's wrong but generally by a very small difference, depending on the speed of your internet connection. (This was a bigger deal in the days of dial-up internect connections.)

For the purpose of calculating the bonus, Start and Finish times are measured by the server's clock, not the clock on your computer (which could be manipulated).
