Here is a picture, with the typical color code used to represent proteins :

It's noted as Other ... so it can be anything :shock:

EDIT: I found out it was Sodium, for some reason the ATI render and the standard render display differently.

On ATI: Violet
On Fah: Cyan

Weird?

Correct me if I'm wrong...

Carbon=Black
Oxygen=Red
Sulfur=Orange
Hydrogen=White
Nitrogen=Blue
Chlorine=Green
Phosphorus=Yellow
Zinc/Bromine=Indigo
Sodium=Cyan
Other=Violet

Purple in the ati viewer means any heavy atom, although more precisely this means anything that is not Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen or Oxygen.

It's the old Electron Microscope III from TheWeatherMan ... but I don't know if it's still supported ... and if there is a place you could get it :?

- 16GB DDR3,
- Zotac GTX 1050Ti @ Stock.
- Gigabyte GTX 970 @ Stock
Debian 9.

Running GPU since it came out, CPU since client version 3.
Folding since Folding began (~2000) and ran Genome@Home for a while too.
Ran Seti@Home prior to that.

I can't stand it . . . when I first saw this title the answer in my head was "It's a love story -- a book, a movie, and now a play" but I resisted posting since it's truly off-topic.
