EDIT: I found out it was Sodium, for some reason the ATI render and the standard render display differently.
On ATI: Violet
On Fah: Cyan
Weird?

Carbon=Black
Oxygen=Red
Sulfur=Orange
Hydrogen=White
Nitrogen=Blue
Chlorine=Green
Phosphorus=Yellow
Zinc/Bromine=Indigo
Sodium=Cyan
Other=Violet

Purple in the ati viewer means any heavy atom, although more precisely this means anything that is not Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen or Oxygen.

Someone linked it somewhere a few months back, maybe the above thread, and i grabbed a copy and stuck it on my website. In case it ever disappeared again.
