This is another error I encountered. Part of it was my fault, as I had a script that stuck in a loop while the gpu client was running.. but anyway.I rebooted, all seemed well. File I/o error seems excuseless..instead of letting it continue to the end like it did, maybe check it before then for errors? Another evening of energy wasted...it ran another 6 hours after when I know most likely after error occured.

There have been a few error reports associated with the .trr file and I'm pretty sure the developers are working on a bug fix (. . . although your error may or may not be the same issue.)
