Post by dutchmm »

As with another 2605, this one has completed, and even after I ran qfix I cannot send in the results.

Do you have a wuresults_03.dat file in your work folder?

If so, run:

Code: Select all

./fah6 -delete 03
./qfix
./fah6 -send 03

We've looked into the problem on our end, and as you suggest we don't see a record of that particular work unit being uploaded into our system. Unfortunately it looks as if the files may have been corrupted (suggested by "P0,R0,C0,G0" in the later logs), and it's difficult to diagnose the reason from the one log file. We will keep an eye on this particular project to see if other people are having similar issues.

It looks like you may have done something with the WU before the client finished writing the files, or your sneakernetting method is flawed.

Nope, the machine finished the unit and reported it had written the results. It then sat there idling for some hours before I noticed. Luckily, Relly's answer did the biz, so I have been able to submit the results,, and and restart folding. How about a helpbot on this site to guide us to the correct remedial action quicker? Both the project and I lost ~24 hours folding waiting for the right spell.
