I'm changing the title of this topic. Server 171.67.108.11 is the Work Server that we need to focus on, not the Collection Server 171.67.108.25. In fact, if either is working, that should be enough, and several of the Collection Servers are permanently off-line. You'll find that information in the topic "Do this first" at the top of this forum.

What happens when you open http://171.67.108.11 from your browser? I am able to open it from here. If it's accessible through your browser but not through FAH, it's a problem with your security software blocking the FAH client from making outgoing connections.

Well....... may be a problem with my passkey setup on that paticular system? I forgot to input my passkey in the config of that system.
That is the only thing I've changed on my systems yesterday.

Passkey would not keep your system from connecting and uploading a WU. Lack of a passkey or adding it would only effect points awarded for the Quick Return Bonus or meeting the established requisites to get the QRB points.

The log for server 171.67.108.11 shows that it had a Reject status around the time you were trying to upload which would explain the client's attempt to use the collection server. I doubt there's anything wrong at your end and the collection server is a known issue. Not much you can do when it happens but wait for the work server problem to be resolved. Reporting the problem is always a good idea in case nobody at Stanford realizes there's something going on with their server. IIRC there is an automatic script that runs on the server to reset some reject conditions but it takes an hour or so before that solution 'kicks in'.

As Joe mentioned the passkey has nothing to do with communication problems and since this is a GPU server it doesn't even matter if a passkey is used or not because GPU WUs do not receive a bonus ... yet.
