Thank you for the feedback.
I just checked the trajectory of project 6513 (Run 14, Clone 207, Gen 54) and it seems ok. Also I checked the tpr file of (Run 14, Clone 207, Gen 55) and it looks fine. So far I am not sure what happened. I will think more later.
