Beginners question

I'm using two 8800gts on windows 7 with the 6.23 client. I think I have set it up correct, but when when I click on each of the processes in the taskbar and select "Display" I get the same image (same percent completion etc.) Are both working on the same thing? I tried to download new projects using FahMon but nothing changed. Any help?

Welcome to the forums, pddawg.

It looks like you're running the same WU on each client, which should not be the case. It looks like your second card (GPU 2) hasn't made as much progress on it. Shut that client down, then go to its folder and delete the work folder and queue.dat, then restart the client. It should pick up a different WU.

thanks that worked. also, in FahMon, I clicked Web > My Stats ... I'm guessing nothing will show up until I complete one job correct? I have put in the passkey in for both, so will the stats be combined for both GPUs?

They will both be under your folding name if you set it up like that, the machine ID thing doesn't make a difference for that, the key is to have the same folding name and team number etc.

Regarding the usage of Passkey, all SMP2 WUs are registered under it. Some GPU WUs too are registered under it. Everything is registered under your Username.
