May I use Fah logo???
Hi,
I would like to use few folding@home logos on my web,
and use (edit-recompose) logo to create my own logo (banner).
Am I alowed to do that?
thanks
namely:
fah logo from client folder
stanford university logo from client folder (no editing - compsing)
big protein logo from download page

I don't know for sure, but it might help them forumlate an answer if they knew how your web page would be used.

Sorry, but a 286 cannot fold unless you also have a 287 installed.cpu-rip.com wrote:web is about personal museum of processor take a look se prepare for intel 286 monster PPD attack !

The Stanford and Folding@home logos are copyright of Stanford University, so they can't be used w/o permission (and it's a complex legal situation to get permission -- I am not authorized to grant permission). If you make your own logo, I don't see any conflict, although you should make it clear that you are not affiliated with Stanford University.

Re: May I use Fah logo???
That is a pity.
OK we will try to rig up own logo.
Thanks for final clearing word

Re: May I use Fah logo???
I wouldn't say "pity". It's unsurprising. In fact, what we need is a work-around. Is it possible to provide crunchers with an image they could use for "<img>" element? (look, placing buttons around is usual behaviour these days.)
