A possible Virus associated from Folding [False positive]

We have had a moderator on our folding team have a virus detected in a his folding work folder. Evga folding forum is where the discussion can be viewed. Thanks, Mvgratz team 111065

Hardware configuration: FX8320e (6 cores enabled) @ stock,
- 16GB DDR3,
- Zotac GTX 1050Ti @ Stock.
- Gigabyte GTX 970 @ Stock
Debian 9.

Running GPU since it came out, CPU since client version 3.
Folding since Folding began (~2000) and ran Genome@Home for a while too.
Ran Seti@Home prior to that.

Most likely a false positive.

The files generated by FAH while working most likely were arranged in a way that set off the heuristics algorithm causing it to flag the file(s).

Ive run FAH for 5 years and we see an odd false positive once every so often.

He's using avast. Search this forum for "avast false" and see how many hits you get. ;)
