On XBOX 360?
Anyone here think that Folding@Home will every be on the XBOX 360? It could run off of the 360's GPU. It has a pretty powerful GPU.

Re: On XBOX 360?
It wouldn't be worthwhile. PowerPC performance is appalling, and there are no compilers available that can vectorize code on VMX128 (Xenon FPU is a bit different to the standard PPC970 - Xenon is missing about 20 Altivec instructions, but has additional 128 registers).

Re: On XBOX 360?
xbox360 is not worth the effort, there is a better link then the one posted about one of the previous xbox360 thread's, namely one which explains why 'device x' will not get a client in any case and that no matter the amount of threads on it that would not change
It was a response on the amount of threads about this, so sometimes using search does help to answer some questions.
