I lost all my points!

Hi there. Sorry to start off my posting here with a moan! But I just joined a team - by adding the team number to my preferences - and now my stats have been completely zeroed!! I was ranked at about 80,000 with something like 160 WUs to my name and now I have nothing - in my personal stats as well as in my team stats!

What's going on here? Is this just a temporary thing? Or have I lost all that credit?

A returned WU is associated to a Username/Teamnumber combination once and for all. If you change something in the combination, you'll start from scratch (but previous WU are still registered under your old combination).

Thanks. I think I get it. So if I changed my team back to default, I would see all the points / WUs that I have already done?

If you go to Stanford's donor stats page and type in your donor name you will see a separate entry for each team you have belonged to.
