Re: Nvidia Maxwell second generation
The GTX 980 uses roughly the same amount of power as the GTX 770. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVID ... 80/24.html

Re: AS 171.67.108.36 no work? (fixed)
Never touched the next-unit-percentage value. One of my systems has been running for a couple weeks and I had not touched it when this happened.

Re: AS 171.67.108.36 no work?
Can a problem with one computer cascade across a network? I had one client/slot/computer do what's listed above and then every other client/slot that finished after that did the same. The only fix has been to restart the systems involved.

AS 171.67.108.36 no work? (fixed)
I have 5 Fermi GPU's waiting for work connected to 171.67.108.36 They all look like this: 15:58:23:WU01:FS00:0x15:Folding@home Core Shutdown: FINISHED_UNIT 15:58:23:WU01:FS00:FahCore returned: FINISHED_UNIT (100 = 0x64) 15:58:23:WU01:FS00:Sending unit results: id:01 state:SEND error:NO_ERROR project...

Re: In a single box, how many GPU FahCores do you run? poll
I answered 2, but it is my desire to get a 3 or 4 PCI-e slot motherboard to reduce the electrical overhead of running multiple systems. Would most likely run it as an open system - no case.

Re: Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 2382, Gen 16)
The sun is shinning even thought the weatherman said that it would not. (for the rest of you, a big deal here in the Pacific NW in the winter) Otherwise I'd be really pissed about your response. I'm not complaining about my PPD. I'm stating a fact that PPD on these WU's has dropped based on the hist...

Re: Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 2382, Gen 16)
I'm seeing 99% utilization but a huge drop in PPD from what I used to get on these. GTX 560 TI has dropped from a little over 19,000 to 15,000 PPD Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 2166, Gen 7) GTX 460 1GB has dropped from 14,000 to 10,000 PPD Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 1543, Gen 35) Is this an issue wit...

GTX 560 Ti assigned a Project: 5771 (Run 3, Clone 104, Gen 2
How can a Fermi card get assigned a GPU2 WU? And how do I get rid of it? http://img.techpowerup.org/121119/Capture006.png Here's the log file: 07:26:56:WU00:FS00:Connecting to assign-GPU.stanford.edu:80 07:26:56:WU00:FS00:News: Welcome to Folding@Home 07:26:56:WU00:FS00:Assigned to work server 171.6...

Re: PG announcement about Big Advanced Projects
Yet F@H keeps growing 6 Petaflops obvously they are doing something right. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=20011 They just might have a surprise on their hands over the next 3 months. My team captain just announced that he will quit in December because of this change. 136,000 Wu's and >105,000,000 points....
