Re: ERROR:exception: Unknown property 'z' in node 'Position'

Thanks! This looks to be a WU that's corrupted. I've removed the files so it can't be sent again.

Thanks,

Re: Highland4 stopped logging credits for WU 18262 on 4/20

Hi! Thanks for the report. I suspect this is related to the OS upgrade failure I mentioned here - https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?p=373865#p373865. The next available time we were able to schedule to physically rectify the OS upgrade is next week. I'll be driving out to do the fix and hopeful...

Re: Project 18260 18268

Re: 18262 stopped crediting - have folks also seen issues with 18269/18274? If so, I suspect this is a separate issue (highland4 is still on the older work server code). This might be because we attempted an OS upgrade on highland4 and it failed partway through. It looked like the FAH specific code ...

Re: Project 18260 18268

Hi all,

Thanks for the continued reports! The developer has found the error - there was an update in the new work server code that backlogged all credits in the credit processor. He's identified the issue and added a fix. The credits should all show up soon.

Re: Project 18260 18268

Thanks! This is very helpful. Given the pattern of only highland3 and recent/ongoing I suspect this is related to the new work server code. I've alerted the developer.

Re: Project 18260 18268

Hi, thanks for reporting this. Have you noticed this on any other projects in the 182XX series? Has this continued past the WU(s) completed on the 12th?

We are testing a new iteration of the work server code on highland3 which is coincidentally where 18260 and 18268 are both served from...

project 18281 now on FAH

[GPU] This project series is the latest in our efforts to understand how accurately force fields model various aspects of protein dynamics. Here we focus of the globular protein Interleukin 2, or IL2. IL2 is an important immunomodulator, controlling whether cells activate or repress immune cell func...

p18263 now on FAH

[GPU] p18263 – Simulations of tau's proline rich region in amber99sb*-ILDN with tip4pd water. As before, this is a fairly large system so we are restricting WUs to clients with >8000MiB of RAM. We've made each WU in this project a bit longer than the others in the tau series to cater to higher end G...

p18245 now on FAH!

[GPU] p18245 – Simulations of ApoE4. We've had a lot of success with our recent force field comparison projects for disordered proteins (p18255-18261) and have identified a force field that seems to perform well for both folded and disordered proteins. Having this, we hope to perform additional simu...

Re: Project: 18258 (Run 93, Clone 5, Gen 14)

Hi all, Thanks Mactin for reporting this. At the moment we're thinking this is tied to a bunch of server havoc that happened on/around Oct 1. Several servers went down unexpectedly, causing work to pile up on collection servers and then as they came back online all the servers became overloaded tryi...
