p18263 now on FAH

[GPU] p18263 – Simulations of tau's proline rich region in amber99sb*-ILDN with tip4pd water.
As before, this is a fairly large system so we are restricting WUs to clients with >8000MiB of RAM.

We've made each WU in this project a bit longer than the others in the tau series to cater to higher end GPUs who were churning through these WUs especially quick.
