p18261 now on FAH

[GPU] p18261 – Simulations of tau's proline rich region in amber19sb with opc3-pol water.
As before, this is a fairly large system so we are restricting WUs to clients with >8000MiB of RAM.

An added note- opc3-pol water is not natively recognized as a "water" molecule which causes issues with the viewer in 8.0.0<=clients<=8.5.1. As a result this project is restricted to clients <8.0.0, and >= 8.5.2.
