The feature is built into BOINC, no reason it shouldn't be in F@H. With the high cost of energy and time of use metering, I really don't understand why its not. Lack of the feature is literally preventing further people from actively folding.

If you are running 7.6.21, you can us this to do that. But nothing for V8...

That's pretty darn fast... At most I'll only have a 5080, but I'll wait to see some of those numbers before I pull the trigger.

I have seen the biggest drop off in GPU Folding PPD start the power limit is set to under 70%. 60% - 70% isn't soo bad. Under 60% has been (for me) a huge drop off in PPD.

I’ve been playing with BOINC with my CPU’s. It’s cpu control is a much needed improvement that F@H should adopt.

On a moment of reflection, If you just go with a single 4090 you will be using less power at 450 Full Load watts then (2) 4070ti's and (1) 4070 for a total of 770 Full Load Watts. Strictly for Folding, I agree that the 4070Ti is better bang for the buck. But the 4070 is a much smaller card physically, can you even fit in a 4070ti (let alone 2) into the build? What Mobo and Case are you running that could fit on that or is it a Rack unit?

18717 has a low atom count and those type of WU's just do not play well with 30XX and even worse with 40XX Cards.
