Thanks! I'm sure they know their product, but I can imagine them setting the default fan speeds so as to maintain a temperature that's reasonable for short periods of use (several hours of gaming a few times a week), rather than constantly on.

What fan settings do people recommend for a 5700XT? I wonder if the default fan settings aren't meant to keep it at a temperature that's safe for 24/7 operation, and maybe I should turn it up a bit?

Do we still have an excess of users, relative to WUs? Would more users right now help? I ask as well because I suspect that it has something to do with longer-term retention. People who sign up and don't see it doing anything are probably more likely to uninstall. (I suppose F@H could empirically ex...

Not at all critical, but I'm really curious. Does anyone have a chart showing actual work performed (not just theoretical capacity) over time for Folding@Home?
