Best fan settings for 5700XT?
What fan settings do people recommend for a 5700XT? I wonder if the default fan settings aren't meant to keep it at a temperature that's safe for 24/7 operation, and maybe I should turn it up a bit?

Welcome to Folding@Home!
If you do not trust either AMD or your vendor to know their product, you can safely increase the fan speed. It will be noisier.
If you have multiple GPUs installed, it is probably a good idea.

Thanks! I'm sure they know their product, but I can imagine them setting the default fan speeds so as to maintain a temperature that's reasonable for short periods of use (several hours of gaming a few times a week), rather than constantly on.

Best to look at what temps are you seeing running at default fan speeds ... those may give you a feel for whether the default fan speeds are sufficient and managing the temps properly ... It so much depends not just on fan speeds but gpu settings, mobo settings, airflow in case that the best indicator is the temp that is actually being achieved.

I do not have a 5700XT, but I have a pair of GTX 1650 Low Profile GPUs stuffed into HP 8200 Elite low profile cases with almost no free space, and they stay at 82C, which is fine by me.
