I can connect to assignment server in web browser,but I can NOT get wu from them.This situation has began in later May and lasted even now. It usually last for several hours and automatically resolve itself.During this period I also found error message in windows system as "schannel error event...

I restarted client and found fah stopped retry after receiving ERROR:WU01:FS00:Exception: 10001: Server responded: HTTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
is this normal response?or anything I can do about that?

I'm aware of the Temporary server outages.Announcement was made on march 14,but I'm still unable to get new wu atm.
