Also I am currently getting 16.5k PPD on a stock 480 (Project P8054) and 12.5k on a stock i5 3570k (Project P6099) is this about right or do I need to optimise some things? Thanks guys f...

Ok guys, I've just finished reinstalling windows so F@H is a fresh install and it is still not working. I'll leave it ~20 minutes and then post the log as you suggested. Update coming soon, thanks for the help, it is appreciated

I didn't change any settings since moving to unviersity from home and I already re-installed it once but that didn't work either. I'm doing a clean windows 7 install today (unrelated) so I'll see what happens after that and post the log Thanks for the help
