I copied my entire drive to a second HDD when I installed windows 8.1 a few weeks ago, and installed a fresh copy of the client, but copied over the folding@home app data directory from the backup, so maybe it got confused and thought it was a dup.

Well, sounds like this might hasten my decision to go watercooling. The 680x units already cause my factory OC'd MSI to hit lower to mid 80's, I can only imagine what these will do :/

Yea, I had to copy out the work folder for that WU and restart the slot, as all it was doing was trying to upload and the server rejecting it. This went on for about 8 hours or so.
