Re: proteins crashing
Looks like the UltraAV antivirus was causing my issues. I disabled it for an hour and saw the protein was folding fine. As soon as the UltraAV antivirus came online, the protein stopped working. I ended up removing this software and installing Bitdefender instead. The protein has gotten farther alon...

proteins crashing
Hello, I just started folding again. I decided to install the new Beta folding@home software. Folding worked great for about a week, but now all proteins crash after completing 1 to 5 steps: 00:48:31:I1:WU17:Calling: mdrun -c frame107.gro -s frame107.tpr -x frame107.xtc -cpt 5 -nt 32 -ntmpi 1 00:48:...

Re: Assignment Server Issue - GPU3 - No WS Available
Looks like gpu3 server 171.67.108.32 is in reject mode. Hopefully gpu3 server 171.67.108.20 does not run out of proteins.

Re: Project: 10633 (Run 127, Clone 0, Gen 7)
Apparently you have quite a number of GPUs folding. I assume your "different folder" was the same GPU with the same settings, right? And was it using the same MachineID? The different folder was the same GPU with the same settings with a different MachineID. I created a new folder, copied...

Project: 10633 (Run 127, Clone 0, Gen 7)
This work unit keeps trying to fold in one of my GPU3 clients and is getting unstable machine. I can't seem to get a different protein to fold. I deleted the queue.dat file several times and the work folder to no avail. I copied it to a different GPU3 folder and also got unstable machine but this on...

Re: 171.64.65.54
All of my machines have had to wait to go to another server before they get a work unit. One machine had to wait 4 hours before it got a work unit from another server.

Re: 171.67.108.21 is Reject;
I have the same problem with several GPU clients. I had to restart them to get new work units.

Re: Server - 171.64.65.106
Thanks ihaque. One of my gpu clients just received a 5911 project from server 171.64.65.20.ihaque wrote:Yes, this server looks like it's running low. I'm working on bringing up another server with a couple new projects to handle the load. Continuing network issues are causing problems for GPU assigns.

Re: Server - 171.64.65.106
The server has 118 work units available. It will most likely run out. I have several GPU clients trying to get a work unit from this server, but it is not able to get a work unit. It is now saying "No appropriate work server was available; will try again in a bit".

Re: 171.64.122.70
The server status page shows that this server is down. I have several work units to send back. Hopefully Stanford is aware of this server being down and they will bring it back up soon.

I finally got credit for completing 1 of these 3306 work units. I have not gotten credit for 5 of these work units yet.

Re: Missing: project 3306 results
I have sent in 4 complete work units of this protein and I am folding another one right now.
Are we supposed to get credit for these complete work units anytime soon?
I would expect so, yes. Message sent to Relly to check on this. -7im
