Re: Project: 6702 (Run 10, Clone 22, Gen 13)
The error relates to instabilities with RAM timings either being to tight or not enough voltage to QPI and or IOH settings.

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 9, Clone 13, Gen 6)
Similar thing happened to me when I set RAM timings manually in BIOS. When I put all timings back to AUTO my bigadv's always finish now. Ok so I woke up to this Project: 2684 (Run 3, Clone 12, Gen 5) seems to be bad luck for me. Why did it end early? [07:28:24] Completed 180000 out of 250000 steps (...

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
I got this info. off overclock.net thread concerning bsod if it bosd's: Errorcode #101 = bump vcore Errorcode #124 = bump qpi As far as auto settings go I think it depends all on the board. It seems though my P6X58D Premium sets them beautifully. I remember on old DDR2 boards I messed with in the pa...

I'm gonna shoot for 4.2 GHz and 7-7-7-24 in about 2 days. I will post the info here.

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
Thanks for the advice it's much appreciated. Right now everything is rock stable and I'm in position to complete my very first bigadv :) I'm at 78% and it will complete tomorrow. Here is my HFM benchmarks of P2684 I also run GPU3 so that steals some CPU cycles. 4.0GHz 9-9-9-24 1531 MHz Project ID: 2...

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
Thanks very much 7im, I didn't know it was possible.
I plan to backup a P2684 and P2685 then if I plan to apply a greater overclock or tighten some timings I can make sure bigadv is stable.
Thanks for the useful info.

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
What we need is memtest86 that runs a continues loop of FAH perhaps one of the coaders that have made some of the other tools could figure out a way to do it. :ewink: What we really need is an F@H stability client that runs bigadv for 0 credit as a tester or a way to run a dummy P2685 WU. After app...

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
Return the memory to Corsair and tell them that you want RAM that runs reliably at the speeds on the sticker. I'm not up for RMA the RAM just because bigadv fails. Everything else is stable at 7-7-7-20. IBT 20 runs maxium settings, OCCT 2 hours, LinX 20 passes not to mention I have never had a blue...

Re: 171.67.108.22
I was having trouble getting bigadv's a few days ago then PantherX gave me advice to use Arguments: -bigadv -smp -verbosity 9 in that order.
It worked right away 2 days ago and now there is P2684 and P2685 all going around

Re: Project: 2684 (Run 2, Clone 5, Gen 10)
I got errors with bigadv when I manually set the timings in bios 7-7-7-20 as the sticker on my Corsair Dominator C7's reads but when I put all timings to AUTO bios gives them 9-9-9-24 and have had no stability issues running with auto timings.

Re: 171.67.108.22
How lovely picked up a Project 6701 running with flags -verbosity 9 -smp -bigadv
I guess it's fair to randomize it for everyone instead of people switching between -bigadv and -advmethods
looks like it's all for the better.
