Tegra X1

Post by chiro1879 »

I have checked the GPUs.txt log and tested on device, I am unable to fold on the Tegra X1 when it's selected
I understand if it's not possible for any major reason, but it would be nice to be able to, considering I can only use the CPU on it at the moment

The Tegra X1 is based on an ARM processor core. There are currently no F@h folding cores that can use GPUs connected to ARM based processors. I have no idea if that will change in the future, but have not heard of any development work in that direction. Currently all GPU processing needs either an Intel or AMD 64 bit x86 processor.

And X1 is ancient, so even if we get ARM environment going, X1 will not going to be supported
