Not Receiving Passkey Email – Forum Emails Work Fine

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying for the past few days to request a passkey, but I haven’t received any email so far.

What’s confusing is that emails from this forum arrive almost instantly — for example, I got the registration/confirmation message without any delay. However, when it comes to the passkey request, nothing shows up in my inbox.

I’ve already checked spam, junk, and other filtered folders, but there’s still no sign of it.

Is there something I might be overlooking, or could there be an issue with the passkey email system?

Please try a different email provider, such as gmail.

The forum is on a totally separate server, so its management is different. It may make a difference on what email you use, the gmail one you used for the forum has multiple spam reports from other sites and might have been blocked on the other server.
