8.4.9 Fails to Find GPUs.txt

Newly installed upgrade to 8.4.8 from 8.3.6 fails to find GPUs.txt. Windows 10 with latest patches. Forgive the plain text log but I am on an iPad.

Uninstall the client. And install from fresh

Bizarre state where some IP domains were visible and most were not, so a DNS issue. Troubleshootig and resetting adapters, firewalls, etc fixed the problem. Blame a Microsoft Windows update. Sigh.
