Where did the Web Control screen go from previous versions?
I have been running on up to three computers the folding@home program, and I really like the display we had on older versions. The new one gives much less pleasing appeal as far as I am concerned, and less information as well. Each of my computer displays the points, or whatever you want to call them, that machine has produced, and you could click to find out what your entire account has made. And you could also look at others in your Team are doing.
Why did that screen go away? How can it come back??

The new screen shows all the info old one was showing and much much more. What other information is missing?

The old display is, to me, friendlier, you can see by a couple clicks other members of your team and what they are doing, and you could with one click see all your points combined from all machines you have running. I only have one running at this moment but will add two additional later and would like to see what the total is for each machine and their combined total as well.
I'm older, have been running folding@home since COVID, the display has remained the same and I liked it. The new display is not as user friendly, to me.

I don't know, my new control is friendlier to me, it brings me coffee in the morning and I like the colour...
This is user preference, you absolutely cannot expect everyone to think like you think and like what you like. Developer had a vision, he acted upon it, and it is ok that some people will not like it
When v7 came out people hated it, too

The code for the Web Control is open source, someone with programming skills could take that as a starting point to create a different version. And some of what you mention wanting to see can be reached with just a few clicks from the Stats tab of the v8.4 Web Control. From the Account Settings the appearance can be changed with additional columns of information on the Machines screen. Finally it is much easier to set up monitoring of multiple machines from a single location than v7 ever was.

Estimated credit is the least useful thing there ever was in history of FAH. For performance testing TPF is the thing. Or even PPD.
Estimated credit is the most horrible way of measuring performance, since it is influenced by your download speeds and connectivity issues on server side. Pure compute performance can be measured from logs through time per frame.
PPD updates are broken at this moment and due to be fixed

Maybe for you. For me it was useful. Don't need to tell me the way which is more comfortable and practical for me.
This is it! Public release and PPD broken. Nice testing.PPD updates are broken at this moment and due to be fixed

Re: Where did the Web Control screen go from previous versions?
What do you consider a performance metric?
Pure compute times (TPF aka time between percentage increments)?
How long does the WU take to complete (compute time from 0% to 100%)?
PPD?
None of these things take into account estimated credit.
Estimated credit as I mentioned is specific to a WU at hand, you cannot compare that estimated credit even between same project WUs, even when you complete them one after another.
So technically estimated credit is just a number which tells you only one thing: how much credit you have receiving for this one WU. And that boils down to persons number fetish, and very niche personal preference. You have to understand Dev has very limited resources and cannot cater to niche requests unless those requests benefit greatly to the rest of the userbase.
P.S. I would suggest you lose that tone, too, since I'm the one who would pitch the feature request. When Dev asks me why I want this added back, my answer would be: Because ViTe demands it and likes to look at it. As you can see, that is not very good reasoning to begin with

I would suggest you lose that arrogance. "I'm the one" Jeez!
To be honest nobody cares who you are. Your nickname color is the same as mine (grasshopper)
And nobody will cry if that feature never come back. It's nothing in compare to other problems.

So that's a no with this 'feature' request.

Did I request it? Where?
If I ever need it again I just install 7.6.21.
