New installed of v8.3.18 issues.

It's running fine now. But with issues from the start makes it still buggy.
1. v 8.3.18 installer not only uninstalled v7 it deleted all WU asserted with it. So the old WU never got done.
2. Starts at 5 cores.
3. Then it gave me errors of not being able to use any of the 3 different GPUs.
4. Opining another F@H from the start menu will (add) another icon from the system tray.
5. Close both F@H icons in the system tray and relaunch F@H. The work it started was for CPU only and got cleared out and got new work including all GPU work.
6. Keeps giving me a "!" in the system tray.
Up the core count and is working as should.

Did a test. Closed the F@H app. Relaunched it and it continued where it left off and with no "!" this time.

Using AMD 7 7700X, GPU 980, 1080 and internal GPU.
