I can only connect for a second

When i want connect 127.0.0.1:36330,I can only connect for a second,then I went back into the connecting state.
I opned 127.0.0.1:36330,it shows welcome tp the FAHclinet command server.
My system：two EPYC 7452 32Core Processor ,2 way cpus in system
Nvidia RTX A4000
