It may be related to this notice - viewtopic.php?t=39035. GPU projects currently are mostly available from two servers and one was down until just a short time ago. The remaining server was a bit overloaded.

There are more GPU projects in the pipeline, but the researchers doing them have run into some delays. Hopefully they will start showing up on the servers in the near future and spread the load a bit more.
