no slot id, no que id , no doge address

hi. i am newbie. i install the aps in my laptop and join the team 226715. I see the progress of percentage in the aps, now i want to know some few things
1, Why it shows in the windows aps 0 slot id and 0 work queue id?
2, there is no option in the aps where i can put my doge crypto address for pay out .
3, How will i be pay out?
4. How can i contact the team leader ? All i see about the team i joined is is the stats and username of founder but i cant contact him directly
5. Lastly , how much is the equivalent conversion of point in doge ?
